1. Spot Your “Silent Drains”
These are the little things that seem harmless but add up:
📱 Checking your phone “just for a sec” (37 times a day)
🙋‍♀️ Saying yes to that “quick” task
📅 Sitting in meetings that could’ve been a meme

2. Set Mini Boundaries
Boundaries don’t have to be dramatic. Some can be ninja-stealthy:

  • Mute notifications after 8 p.m.
  • Only check emails at 10 a.m. & 4 p.m.
  • “Let’s circle back next week” = polite no

3. Balance Your Give & Get
If you’re pouring energy into something (or someone) and getting nothing back… that’s a leak. You’re not being selfish — you’re being strategic.
